Also, to replace the urinals, water closets , shower heads, stalls, lavatories , soap dispensers, toilet tissue dispensers, shower curtain/rods , exhaust fans and resurfacing and installing concrete floor finishes (ARDEX K301 or approved equal) to Building # 864. Irwin, CA This project was to design-build the HVAC system to replace the existing evaporative coolers and gas fired heating systems at Building Nos. 1024, 1026, 1028, 1030 and 1032 with a Dx air conditioning system. Creech AFB HVAC Upgrade Creech AFB Indian Springs, NV Replaced existing undersized Dx HVAC system with new redundant 125-ton air cooled chilled water system for unmanned aircraft support. Provided new power design to support redundant air cooled chillers, backed up by a standby generator. Construction estimate $1.03M. Repair 432nd Wing Operations Center, Bldg 1000 Creech AFB Indian Springs, NV Provide all site investigation and design services for the preparation of construction drawings and Specintact specifications required for the reconfiguration of existing space on the first and second floor of Building 1000 at Creech AFB to accommodate the expansion of the 432nd Wing Operations Center (WOC).
