Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer with NCEES and the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico. Tom has over thirty five (35) years of engineering experience. JON FOSTER, P.E., VICE PRESIDENT Jon Foster holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer the states of Arizona, California, and Nevada, and is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer with NCEES. Jon has over ten (10) years of engineering experience.
	CONSTRUCTION SERVICES: The involvement of the design engineer and qualified construction inspectors, during the construction phase of a project, assists the project owner in receiving the quality installation and equipment defined by the construction documents. The involvement of the construction inspectors and engineers, who are intimately familiar with the design of the mechanical and electrical systems, construction documents and related specifications, as well as periodically having a representative on site, can help avoid costly rework and delays. In addition to providing engineers and inspectors at the job site, for verification of compliance with the contract documents and regulatory requirements throughout the construction phase of a project, we can also provide the following services: Electrical commissioning systems services; Bidding assistance and bid evaluation; Review of submittals by the contractor to determine compliance with contract documents; Review of proposed field changes, including analysis of proposed costs and making recommendations to the client; Review of shop drawings, maintenance and operation manuals, and "as-built" drawings.
