 Emerald Island Casino, Henderson, NV. This is a remodel of an existing casino in Historic Downtown Henderson. Electrical engineering services included exterior lighting design and interior power and communications designs.
Golden Gate Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV. We have completed several projects at this historic 100 year old hotel and casino at 1 Fremont Street. Our first project was the MPE designs for a new One Bar in front of the facility on Fremont Street. This included interfacing with a new geothermal refrigeration system. Our next project was to upgrade the entire electrical service including the installation of a new 350kW standby generator and replacing many of the older electrical panels and feeders. This was designed so that the entire service replacement was done with minimal shutdown of various portions of the property. We are now providing MPE engineering services for a 30,000 sf five story addition of offices and guest rooms, a new entrance and parking, a new cafe, and a new high limit card area. In addition, the entire existing central plant will be replaced including high efficiency chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and air handlers.
